SHIPPING POLICIES:
- Currently our store only provides tracked mailing.
- Local (SG) gets free shipping, however additional charges will apply if address changes after I've sent out tracking numbers.
- Approx. delivery 21-35 working days depending on the destination after orders are dropped off each week in batches. (Please follow my socials for newer updates on orders!)
- Please take note and read product description for certain processing time. (if any)
- Our store do not cover any import taxes, VAT fees, or customs duties, which may apply to international shipments.
- Store will not be held liable if parcel is lost during shipping.
RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICIES:
- We do not accept returns, refund or exchanges for any of our products. All sales are final so please confirm your carts before checking out.
- If you have any issues or items damaged during shipment, please contact us within a week of receiving it and I will do my best to resolve the issue.

- Please note that we do not include VAT, import taxes, or any other additional fees in our prices. These fees are the responsibility of the customer and may vary depending on your country's import laws. We cannot provide any estimates for these fees, so please contact your local customs office for more information.
- Any customs or duties imposed on international shipments are the responsibility of the customer. We do not have any control over these charges and cannot predict their amount.
